Data Protection Statement

Thank you for your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below we inform you in detail about the processing of your data.

  1. ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a website is called up, the web server automatically records a server log file which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call.

This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the website and improving our services. In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f DSGVO, this serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer, which prevail in a balancing of interests. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the website.

Third-party hosting services

As part of the processing on our behalf, a third party provider provides us with website hosting and presentation services. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer, which prevail in a balancing of interests. All data collected in connection with the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop as described below are processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the scope described here.

This service provider is located in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

  1. THE COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA FOR THE PROCESSING OF CONTRACTS AND WHEN OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in connection with your order, when you contact us (e.g. via the contact form or e-mail) or when you open a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data for processing the contract, or for processing your contact or opening the customer account and you do not complete the order and/or account opening without specifying them, or we cannot send the contact. The collected data can be viewed from the respective data entry forms. We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contracts and the handling of your enquiries. After the complete processing of the contract or the deletion of your customer account, your data will be limited to further processing and deleted after the expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to use the data beyond what is permitted by law and which we inform you of in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can take place by sending a message to the contact address below or by using the function provided for this purpose in the customer account.

  1. DATA TRANSFER

In order to execute the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter b DSGVO, we shall pass on your data to the transport company responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider you select in the order process, we pass on the payment data collected for payment processing to the credit institution responsible for payment and, where applicable, to the payment service providers we have commissioned. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account with them. In this case, you must log on to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. The data protection declaration of the payment service provider concerned applies in this regard.

We use payment service providers and shipping companies based in a country outside the European Union. The transfer of personal data to these companies only takes place within the framework of the necessity to execute the contract.

Transfer of data to shipping service providers

If you have given us your express consent during or after your order, we will forward your e-mail address and telephone number to the shipping service provider selected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a DSGVO, so that the latter can contact you prior to delivery for the purpose of notification or coordination of the delivery.

Your consent can be revoked at any time by sending us a message. After revocation, we will delete your data provided for this purpose, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to use the data further, which is permitted by law and which we inform you about in this declaration.

  1. E-MAIL NEWSLETTER

E-mail advertising with newsletter registration

We use the data required for this purpose if you register for our newsletter or if you provide it to us separately in order to send you our newsletter by e-mail on a regular basis on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your e-mail address, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to use the data further, which is permitted by law and of which we inform you in this declaration.

Advertising by e-mail without newsletter registration and your right of objection

If we receive your e-mail address in connection with the sale of a product or service and you do not object, we reserve the right to send you regular e-mail offers for similar products, such as those already purchased, from our range. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an advertising approach to our customers that outweighs our interests.

You may object to this use of your e-mail address at any time by sending a message to the contact address described below or via a link provided for this purpose in the advertising e-mail, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.

The newsletter is sent for processing on our behalf by a service provider to whom we pass on your e-mail address for this purpose. This service provider is located in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
